Join us for a silent meditation retreat in the Rocky Mountains, where the beauty of autumn and nature offer a peaceful setting for deepening mindfulness and renewal. The retreat will alternate between sitting and walking meditation, with time spent outdoors and in the warmth of the lodge, fostering connection with nature and introspection. Ideal for those with some meditation experience, this retreat offers a balance of guided practice, dharma talks, and personal reflection to support inner peace and growth.

This retreat is designed for those seeking to deepen their mindfulness practice while resting in the wisdom of nature.  Throughout the retreat, we will alternate between sitting and walking meditation. We will take full advantage of the crisp, cool mountain air as weather permits, engaging in outdoor practice to connect directly with the natural world. The grounding of our meditation will be complemented by time spent in the cozy warmth of the retreat lodge, where we can recharge and warm up.

This retreat is ideal for those with some experience in mindfulness / vipassana meditation, but all are welcome. The days will unfold with the gentle rhythm of practice, allowing for meditation periods, walking in nature, guided meditations, dharma talks, and meetings with the teachers to explore the deepening of your practice. Whether outdoors or in the comfort of the lodge, the retreat will offer a balance of stillness, nature, and compassionate guidance, creating an atmosphere of calm and introspection.
